TWiNglaze 100 Fire System

The TWiNglaze® (TG100FS), Ei30 and Ei60 glazed partition FiREsystem®, leads the way in seamless glazing systems. With just a 30mm deep section, the TG100FS offers an ultra-slim profile whilst offering the flexibility of up to 60-minute fire integrity and insulation known as Ei, and excellent acoustic attenuation

The system incorporates fully glazed single and double door sets utilising a slimline aluminium frame which can be installed at full height, or with glass over panels, with or without side screens.

A range of ironmongery is available to meet with the aesthetic requirement of each project

Through design innovation methods and years of vigorous testing and planning dribond® has delivered a robust, fire-resisting internal partitioning system to the market which is self-sealing and prevents any spread of fire to both Integrity and Insulation standards (Ei)

Our TG90 system can provide E30 and E60 ratings

Alitek Melody Door Range

TG100FS offers Ei30 & Ei60 fire rated glass doors under the Alitek Melody range. Single and double door sets can be integrated seamlessly within our fire rated partition system. Ei30 & Ei60 Alitek doors and frames offer a slimline glazed door solution. Doors can be installed at heights of up to 3000mm. Ironmongery includes 316 stainless steel lever latch, locking and pull handles with overhead door closers and hold open functionality.

This range offers E/EW 30 and 60 options as well.
